Two New Hotels to Look Out for in 2017

Last Saturday, Italian Chef Patrizia di Benedetto presented guests with dishes such as red prawn carpaccio with tuna roe mayo, squid ink pasta with seafood sauce and sea urchin mousse at Gattopardo, while hosting Chef Lino Sauro presented dishes such as chargrilled amberjack yellowtail steak and wagyu oyster blade.
