A Taste of Ukraine Last Friday, Ukrainian Chef Yaroslav Artyukh presented dishes such as melted garlic flavoured butter and bread, naked chicken Kyiv with cheese sauce and egg, and baked sponge cake with Ryazhenka Ukrainian fermented milk at Grissini as part of this year’s World Gourmet Summit.
