Last Sunday, dishes such as Polish roast goose, chicken stuffed with liver, Polish dumplings, sausage, Bigos sauerkraut with meats, Barszcz red beetroot soup, and bubbly and refreshing apple-based Cydr Lubelski and vodka-based cocktails were served at A World of Cuisines at Chijmes as part of World Gourmet Summit.
