Singaporean Christmas Cocktails made at Crackerjack and Deliverable by Deliveroo! If Christmas is the time for making merry, it’s about to get a whole lot merrier. Deliveroo, Singapore’s most-loved food delivery service, has partnered with Crackerjack to create two quintessential Christmas cocktails with a Singaporean twist! Introducing D25th, a delicious durian infused eggnog, and Pan蛋, an eggnog inspired by Singapore’s favourite national flavour. (Note to non-Chinese readers: “蛋” s is pronounced “Dàn” and means egg!)


Love it or hate it, you’re bound to want to try D25th, a cream-based cocktail. The flesh from the durian is combined with the usual eggnog suspects - beaten eggs, cream and sugar - then given a generous dash of Plantation Original Dark Rum and St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur. Best enjoyed warm, whilst wrapped up in a scarf, with the air-con on full blast and a video of a crackling log fire on the television -  it’s the perfect tipple for a uniquely Singaporean Christmas.

From Christmas trees to front door wreaths, green is the colour of Christmas. The Pan蛋 cocktail is no exception, lightly tinted green from Crackerjack’s housemade pandan syrup. The rich cocktail is infused with cloves, star anise and cinnamon resulting in a creamy, coconutty concoction with a hint of spice.


Crackerjack’s Head Barman and the Singapore Champion of Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition (2015) Peter Chua said, “We were so excited to take a traditional Christmas drink like eggnog and mix this with quintessential Singaporean flavours. Both pandan and durian are both such punchy flavours one obviously significantly more so than the other!) that we spent a long time experimenting to get
that perfect balance of flavours.”

Sid Shanker, General Manager of Deliveroo Singapore said, “Here at Deliveroo, we’ll eat durian any way we can get it. Durian and eggnog may sound crazy, but somehow and ever-so-bizarrely it really does work. We think Singaporeans will love trying the king of fruits, all dressed up for the festive occasion in cocktail form.”



The limited edition cocktails are available exclusively on Deliveroo and can be ordered from BAR by Editions in Katong or from Crackerjack in Tanjong Pagar. Customers can search for them by typing in “Spirits of Christmas” starting from the 6th of December for S$16 each while stocks last.
