An 11-Table Restaurant in San Cassiano Worth a Detour St. Hubertus, located at the foot of the Dolomite mountains, is run by South Tyrol native Norbert Niederkofler in the ski village of San Cassiano. It is the ninth restaurant in Italy to win the Michelin Guide’s third star. Ingredients foraged in the mountains of South Tyrol are used in dishes, such as suckling pig with cucumber and flowers, calf tripe with wild herbs and mountain milk or eel and chamomile.
