Ippudo, which originated from Japan’s ramen capital of Hakata in 1985, owns more than 100 restaurants in Japan and more than 70 outlets worldwide. It has just launched its 10th outlet here in Singapore and this outlet takes on a slightly different concept as it introduces café styled dishes and atmosphere while introducing its fares at a pocket friendly price.
Located at Star Vista, in the west of Singapore, the café styled offerings include the oven-baked Lasagna Gyoza and Spam Mustard Itame for starters along with Ebi Mayo and Beef Tataki for sides. The star dishes though, are the outlet-exclusive Tan Tan Mien and Maze Soba. It will also serve the signature Ippudo ramens such as the Shiromaru and Akamaru at slightly cheaper prices.
Never forgetting the quintessential café offerings, Ippudo at Star Vista will serve desserts, coffee, tea and will feature its collaboration with Hattendo - the renowned cream buns!
