Mandarin Oriental, Singapore Welcomes 1 Michelin Star Chef Salvatore Bianco To Dolce Vita Born in Torre del Greco in Naples, Chef Salvatore is a veteran chef who has gained over 20 years of experience, cutting his culinary teeth at various reputable restaurants and working alongside many top chefs such as Enrico Derflingher and Antonio Guida who have cooked for royalties and celebrities alike. He now leads the one-star Michelin restaurant, Il Comandante, as Executive Chef. Diners can look forward to sumptuous Italian cuisine as he showcases his finesse at Dolce Vita with specially curated lunch and dinner menus, creatively presented and full on flavour.
 
Indulge in chef signatures, beginning with the Carpaccio di gamberi, a refreshing red shrimp appetiser topped with yoghurt and a hint of pineapple and vanilla. Other highlights include the succulent Cod fillet confit served with smoked potatoes and handmade stuffed ravioli. Savour the freshest of seafood with a rendition of seared Lobster with avocado mayonnaise, baby leek and crispy millet. Do not miss the flavourful slow-braised Brasato beef cheek, seared to tender perfection and paired with Giardiniera, an Italian relish of pickled vegetables. Complete the meal with the Finto uovo allevato a terra, an exquisite dessert made with tangy coconut, passionfruit and chocolate that is artistically plated like an egg.
 
Available daily from 19 to 22 October 2017, the three-course lunch is priced at SGD 68 per person, and the four-course lunch is priced at SGD 88 per person. The four-course dinner is priced at SGD 88 per person, and the five-course dinner is priced at SGD 108 per person, on 19, 20 and 22 October 2017. Wine pairing by our award-winning sommelier is also available. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
