We all have heard of the title 'sommelier' and the de facto beverage associated with the title would be wine. But each nation has its own concoction - a local brew of culture and patriotic pride.
Over at Wine Language - a vocational school for the beverage industry, August 2016 marked the pioneer batch of graduates receive their international Kikisake-Shi qualification! They commemorate their FIRST anniversary over at KUVO Restaurant with bouts of sake and fun.
