Odette x Restaurant Petrus Odette presents a two-day Four Hands series with Chef Ricardo Chaneton of Restaurant Petrus, formerly Chef de Cuisine at two Michelin-starred Mirazur. An encapsulation of Hong Kong's dynamic dining scene and its cultural and culinary diversity, his food marries Modern French flavours with Chinese elements to highlight the flavours and textures of ingredients at their peak. The chefs cultivated a friendship fuelled by culinary camaraderie back in 2011, with Chef Julien visiting Restaurant Petrus for a guest stint in December 2016. This September will mark a reunion for the long-time friends, culminating in a heartfelt dining experience underpinned by honest cooking and a shared respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal produce.
 
The 6-course lunch menu is available at $198++ and the 8-course dinner menu is available at $298++.
