Artemis presents The Balvenie Whisky Dinner

On Saturday, 26 September at 7pm, Singapore’s rooftop restaurant, Artemis, helmed by Executive Chef Fernando Arevalo, along with brand ambassador, Neil Strachan, will host an exclusive Whisky Dinner highlighting the rare and fine single malt Balvenie Thirty. Samples dishes such as seabass ceviche smoked coppa with leche de tigre, slow-roasted pork with figs, turnip, and celeria purée, venison loin with pancetta and forest mushrooms, and selection of cheeses such as shropshire, aged comte and aged cantal served with dried apricots and toasted sourdough. Priced at S$175, the dinner will feature Balvenie 12YO doublewood, 14YO Caribbean cask, 17YO doublewood, and 30YO.
