Chef Emmanuel Fillaudeau hails from France, while his wife, Jasmin, grew up in Perth. The duo offer a mix of warm Australian hospitality and French culinary wizardry. Be sure to try the homemade seared gnocchi with a choice of blue cheese sauce, basil pesto or morels mushroom sauce, and the slow braised pork belly with crackling, honeycomb, chilli, pickled red cabbage and Port jus.
