The Cheese Workshop will be divided into three sessions : Lunch (12:30pm to 2:30pm), Workshop Presented By TV-personality Chef Vindex Tengker and Culinary Demonstration Featuring two Michelin star Chef Kevin Thornton (3:00pm to 5:30pm), Cheese Reception (6:00pm to 8:00pm).
