Wooloomooloo Introduces Duck & Pinot Noir Pairings In the month of August, Wooloomooloo will be introducing three new duck-inspired dishes and three great pinot noir to pair with. One of the world’s most versatile food pairing varietals, duck is naturally fatty and robust, so fruity wines with refreshing acidity like pinot noir are particularly suitable for pairing. Available during lunch time on weekdays, don’t miss the opportunity to try these amazing duck dishes and red wine – this great selection of pinot noir is not normally available by the glass!
