Rare Disorders Society Singapore, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore held an art jamming session in collaboration with Artify Studio for the patients, families and their caregivers. The winning art piece by Sebastien Goh has been transformed into a cake by the hotel’s team of pastry chefs, named ‘Colours of Sebastien’, featuring jasmine-infused Bavarian mousse with white chocolate, light almond sponge, and passionfruit and mango coulis, available on weekends in the month of August at
Melt Café.
