noodle with sesame paste & white sesame seed in carrot broth

50ml carrot broth
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp (each) oyster sauce and sesame paste
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
100g egg noodles, cooked
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
50g crabmeat
Salt, to taste
Mix carrot broth with white sesame seeds, oyster sauce, sesame paste and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Add in cornstarch and stir well. Coat the cooked egg noodles with the carrot broth mixture and set aside.
Heat wok over a high heat until hot. Add in the beaten egg whites and stir briefy. Add in the crabmeat and season to taste with salt. Stir-fry the mixture until egg whites have slightly set.
Place the carrot broth-coated egg noodles onto a serving plate and top with stir-fried egg whites. Spoon remaining carrot broth mixture around. Serves 1
