M Social Turns 1
Pjey Mayandi, General Manager of M Social Hotel and the Executive Chef of M Social, Chef Bryce Li speak about their success with the hotel’s first anniversary.Watch the video to see the party in action!

With psychedelic lava lamps dotting the front, books haphazardly strewn around, to video projections on the ceilings near each of the eight chandeliers, table-top TV screens and even 40 tablets screening contemporary artworks simultaneously, the  charmingly unique Beast & Butterflies is the restaurant to head for when you are by the Singapore River in Robertson Quay.

Named so, Beast and Butterflies aims to gather and satiate people from all walks of life. From the ones that have beastly, cavernous appetites, to the flitting, friendly butterflies in want of human interaction while munching on light snacks. Not forgetting the barflies, the table-top TV screens were put to good use; supporting their needs for innovative cocktails while making way for intriguing conversations.

Bryce Li, 39 is the restaurant’s Executive chef. He leads his team to craft creative menus for the millennial-minded, wander-lusting guests. He strives off his passion for all things culinary, never wanting to be in anywhere else but a kitchen. Melding the influences from East and West to form what is known as ‘borderless cuisine’, he desires no more than to please his patrons.
