White Asparagus, Truffle, Main Lobster & Kagoshima Wagyu at Grignoter by Justin Quek For two nights only, be personally served by Chef Justin Quek at Grignoter. He will be whipping up a five course meal featuring the best seasonal ingredients from around the world: late season white asparagus from Germany, new season fava beans and winter truffles from Australia, and cherries in their juicy, summery prime. On the menu are also live Maine lobsters and Kagoshima wagyu. The dinner is priced at $150++, and is limited to just 20 diners per evening on 30 June and 1 July.
