Ron Zacapa and Zuma restaurant celebrates a partnership that will deliver a evolved dining experience

Chef Freddy Ang of Open Door Policy, under the direction of Executive Chef Ryan Clift, has introduced 15 new dishes that are gluten-free and dairy-free. These include warm wasabi green pea scallop soup, vitel toné, an Argentinian dish of veal loin with creamy tuna mayonnaise and pickled purple cabbage. Look out also for the roasted pork rack with spicy pineapple glaze and baked purple sweet potatoes, and cashew nut milk custard with kiwi compote.
