Customise your Tendon Bowl at Kogane Yama

At Kogane Yama, which means Golden Mountain in Japanese, create your own tendon bowl by choosing between chicken bowl, prawn bowl, vegetable bowl or mixed bowl. Have it with Japanese short-grain rice, soba, or udon in dashi broth, and top with a tentsuyu sauce of garlic, sesame oil, and Japanese shoyu. The restaurant also serves drinks such as azuki matcha latte, Asahi beer, Calpis soda, and honey yuja.
