Singapore Food Festival Returns in July

Organised by the Singapore Tourism Board, this year’s Singapore Food Festival will be held from 14 to 30 July, and showcase Singapore’s rich heritage and culture. Malcolm Lee of one-Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant Candlenut will collaborate with mod-Sin pioneer, Willin Low of Wild Rocket, on a pop-up restaurant, serving a set menu that brings new techniques to quintessentially local dishes. To learn more about Singapore unique food scene, hit up One Dish, One Chef, Generation of Stories at Fullerton Bay Hotel for a photo exhibition featuring 15 famed, longtime hawkers on the island.
