EAST Hong Kong has been growing its own natural herbs for over a year, with the aim of using fresh and sustainable ingredients to promote a healthier lifestyle. Available every Sunday from 2.30pm to 6.00pm, Sugar uses naturally grown crops from the EAST Urban Garden to create afternoon tea sets. These are accompanied by a choice of refreshing cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages and priced at SGD69 (HKD388)++ for two.
