4 June 2017 marked the Asia & Australasia World Travel Awards 2017 Gala Ceremony held in the luxurious Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, China.
While Hong Kong is in the lead at the Asia & Australasia World Travel Awards 2017, Singapore has bagged 10 awards including :
- Asia’s Leading Hotel Suite 2017, winner : Resorts World Sentosa Equarius Hotel
- Asia's Leading Casino Resort 2017, winner : Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
- Asia's Leading Fully Integrated Resort 2017, winner : Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
- Asia's Leading Green Hotel 2017, winner : PARKROYAL on Pickering, Singapore
- Asia's Leading Heritage Hotel 2017, winner : The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore
- Asia's Leading Meetings & Conference Centre 2017, winner : Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Singapore
- Asia's Leading Cruise Port 2017, winner : Singapore Cruise Centre
- Asia's Leading Airline Brand 2017, winner : Singapore Airlines
- Asia's Leading Airline - First Class 2017, winner : Singapore Airlines
- Asia's Leading Airport 2017, winner : Changi Airport Singapore
All winners will compete at the grand final in Vietnam, where they will compete for the global titles.
