Danish Restaurant 108 Backed By Chef René Redzepi of Noma Kristian Baumann is the head chef behind upcoming restaurant 108. His boss and mentor is none other than the famed René Redzepi. Having opened since July 27, 2016, Baumann has been tirelessly working creating dishes and serving the diners with passion. With Noma’s explosive influence, New Nordic cuisine has taken over Copenhagen, but few can compare to 108 which already sports a Michelin star.
