The first book of local chef Tatung Sarthou has been named among "the best in the world."On Sunday, Sarthou announced that his book “Philippine Cookery: From Heart to Platter” under ABS-CBN Publishing has been named "Best TV Chef Book Outside Europe" at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.Sarthou is the man behind the restaurant Agos at SM Mall of Asia, which specialize in Filipino cuisine.
