When French-trained chefs, each a stellar gastronomic example in Singapore, Japan and Taiwan respectively come together, an elegant sort of magic is weaved. Chef Julien Royer of 2 Michelin-star Odette, Chef Takeshi Fukuyama of La Maison de La Nature Goh, and Chef Lanshu Chen of Le Moût joined hands and created a truly special experience for the many diners that day. While you may have missed the chance to taste their collaborated work, you can taste their individual masterpieces at their restaurants!
