11 Nights Of Italy’s Best Food at Pan Pacific’s Buffet Restaurant, Edge Festa della Republic/ Italy’s National Day calls for salutation with 11 nights dedicated to Italy’s most famous and well-loved dishes to be included alongside their usual scrumptious buffet.
 
A product of Bologna, Italy, an impressive 25kg Mortadella Bologna or large Italian sausage will be on display as part of the spread where meat lovers can enjoy to their hearts content. The feasting continues at the hot stone counter where authentic Italian specialties such as Gratin Cannelloni, Potato Gnocchi and Tortellacci with Ricotta, Spinach, Pistachio, Butter and Sage will take you on an epicurean journey to Italy.
 
Staying true to Edge’s vibrant dining experience, diners can continue to savour a variety of cuisines including Japanese, Javanese, Indian and Peranakan and can still look forward to the comprehensive array of the finest crustacean on ice. Perennial favourites such as Singapore Chilli Crab with Golden Mantou, Salted Egg Yolk Crab, Signature Nandu Crab Biryani and Drunken Prawns with Chinese Wine will also be available throughout the Italian theme night dinner buffet.
