Local Bar Catchfly Serves Up Classic Cocktails With a Culinary Twist as It Brings New York to Ann Siang

Catchfly, a moniker inspired by a nocturnal flower that blooms after dark, is led by Head Mixologist, Liam Baer. The New York veteran strives to bring out the best of the base spirit by building on the simplicity of cocktail traditions, with a unique culinary approach on mixology.
Taste Liam’s signature crowd pleaser The Honey Badger – an in-house rosemary-infused bourbon with yellow chartreuse, and the refreshing Salad Days – where summer tomatoes are sous vide in premium gin, and layered with Gentian liquor, Bianco Vermouth.
Catchfly is now open from 6pm to 12.30am on Monday to Thursday, and 6pm to 2am on Friday & Saturday, and located on 12 Ann Siang Road.
From July 2017, Catchfly will be open till 3am with late-night food & drink menus.
