Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare is giving homage to all moms this 14 May, with a free-flow family-style Sunday brunch with seven (and maybe more!) all-Sicilian dishes on the menu. The team has brought back the spectacular Sicilian favourite with regulars and an annual feature during Mother’s Day Brunch at Gattopardo - a massive 6kg octopus from the fresh waters of Sicily, lightly blanched and served table-side. Says Chef Lino Sauro, chef-partner, “The Italian Mama’s philosophy is always about keeping things simple and tasty, and our menu, in particular the octopus, celebrates this.” Priced affordably at SGD$78++ per pax, this is a must on every family’s dining calendar.
