Between 13 and 14 May 2017, Executive Chinese Chef Mok Kit Keung at Michelin two-starred Shang Palace will prepare a range of Mother’s Day-themed set lunch and dinner menus to show filial piety to all mothers.
Featuring premium Cantonese delicacies, the specially designed six-course lunch and seven-course dinner menus are priced at HK$498 and HK$1,288 per person respectively. Menu highlights include Abalone and Dried Seafood Dumpling served in Supreme Broth; Wok-Fried Cod Fillets, Seasonal Vegetable and Lily Bulb with Preserved Olive Sauce; Braised E-Fu Noodles with Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Paste; Deep-Fried Stuffed Crab Shell; Double-Boiled Chicken Broth with Matsutake Mushroom, Fish Maw and Bamboo Figures; Braised Whole Abalone and Goose Web in Abalone Sauce and many more.
