Fresh, Spicy or Fruity: Which Mimosa embodies Mum?

In celebration of Mother’s Day and upcoming Mimosa Day, the expert bartenders at PS.Cafe have specially crafted a menu of mimosas using aromatic and fruity ingredients. Treat mum to a hearty brunch, lunch or dinner at PS.Cafe outlets island wide and pick a mimosa best suited to her.

The Fresh Cucumber and Mint features sparkling wine stirred with fresh cucumber juice and shaken with mint, lemon and sugar, while the Spicy Pepper, Chili & Grapefruit offers a perfect mix of heat and citrus - fresh grapefruit juice and sparkling wine infused with fresh chilli and crushed peppercorns. The Asian-inspired Fruity Yuzu & Pandan offers a harmonious blend of sweet and sour with yuzu juice and sparkling wine, shaken with homemade pandan sugar syrup.

Priced at $19, the mimosas are available all day on Sunday 14th May at all outlets, excluding PS.Cafe Petit, Tiong Bahru. In the run up to Mimosa Day on Tuesday 16th May, the mimosas will be available exclusively during breakfast at PS.Cafe, Harding Road.
