The winner of Huber’s Restaurant of the Year: Morsels Ambience, cleanliness, value, service and experience as well as menu selection are part of the criteria that makes a restaurant deserving of being a finalist of the Award of Excellence. Chef Petrina Loh, also the recipient of Chefs’ Choice (Western) Award, helms the restaurant.  Having relocated to Dempsey Hill late January 2017, the restaurant’s design was devised by Chef Petrina herself. Diners will be served fusion food that are ingredient-focused and are able to have a good time with a long, varied list of alcoholic beverages.
