Here’s another place for those of you who love to have brunch!
Start off with a dish from the large eggs selection, such as Smoked Salmon Egg Cocotte ($11++) – a comforting dish of slow-cooked eggs with smoked salmon and cream, served with crispy toast soldiers, or Poached Eggs and Merguez ($12++) – a Mediterranean-inspired dish with 2 poached eggs in spicy tomato sauce, dotted with cumin cream and served with crispy potatoes and lamb sausage.
Missed dining at Ginett during the work week? A number of fan favourites are available on the brunch menu, including a range of delectable meats from the charcoal grill that are perfect for sharing. Try the classic Pork Belly ($16++) with its melt-in-your-mouth tender meat, served with mashed potatoes and Chimichurri sauce on the side, or indulge in the moreish La Côte de Boeuf ($120++) – 1kg of bone-in ribeye steak, seared to your preferred doneness
A wide selection of sweets and pastries, signature cold brews and fantastic cocktails complete the meal. Don’t miss out on the Banana & Walnut Waffles ($13++) with its perfect balance of crunch and fluffiness; you have free reign to pour as much maple syrup as you’d like.
Brunch is available at Ginett from 11.30am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
