The first of wine dinner events at the JW Marriott Singapore South Beach hosted by the hotel's Executive Chef Stefano Di Salvo, launches on 29 April 2017. In the first installation, experience a special 5-course menu of indulgent Italian fare jointly created by Chef Stefano Di Salvo (Executive Chef, JW Marriott Singapore South Beach) and Guest Chef Davide Conti (Executive Chef, Avignonesi Winery), paired with with elegant Montepulciano wines produced by passionate winemakers from Avignonesi Winery.
