BERTHA's growing reputation may be down to its versatility. Because only the BERTHA can be fueled by either wood or charcoal, for an extra smoky flavour. Aside from a unique side-opening door which makes service and opening easier, BERTHA takes up very little space in the kitchen (it has a footprint of only 60cm by 70cm) with a cooking platform that is the largest in the industry. The cooking temperature can be set to anywhere from 100°C to 500°C allowing for every type of cooking, from baking to roasting to slow roasting to grilling.
