Commemorate the traditional Dragon Boat Festival with a collection of rice dumplings from Hai Tien Lo, Pan Pacific Singapore, including perennial favourites and new creations crafted by Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping. A decadent treat made of glutinous rice packed with an assortment of generous ingredients and hand-wrapped in bamboo leaves, the rice dumplings will be available from 1 to 30 May 2017.
