Gemmills’ rustic interior adopts a more spacious dining area, smooth white walls, lamp fixtures and a fully functional open kitchen. Gemmills also sports a new menu of simple yet substantial Mediterranean bites.
For lunch, Gemmills offers light options such as the uplifting quinoa tabouleh salad of Inka-grilled chicken and cauliflower, or indulge in lamb lasagna served with a comforting blanket of gorgonzola and manchego cheese sauce.
For dinner, find a delightful range of pizzette (or small pizzas) fresh out of the Inka oven, perfect for one or to share over drinks. There’s also squid ragu, a robust sauce of tomatoes, red wine and squid stock with succulent slices of squid, accompanied with house-baked sourdough.
Leave some space for desserts: enjoy a homely pecan pie filled with custard of bourbon, maple syrup and golden syrup, or a Mediterranean-inspired orange cake of ground almonds, served with a quenelle of Greek yoghurt.
