Sentosa, the State of Fun, presents its drool-worthy sideto woo all purveyors of good hearty eating, delectable dining deals, and tantalising promotions this April. The inaugural Siloso GrillFest will bring together 20 stalls of Singapore’s best-loved BBQ treats and international cuisine by the idyllic Siloso Beach on two weekends (13 – 16 April 2017 and 21 – 23 April 2017). Mobile booths will line Siloso Beach, which will be closed for the festival, featuring smoky creations from hotels, to restaurants and bars from all over Singapore. Dishes include exclusive creations just for the festival. Participating F&B operators include Amara Sanctuary Resort, Wave House Sentosa as well as Ola Beach Club and FOC Sentosa – two of Sentosa’s latest F&B outlets. Keep a lookout for possibly Singapore’s longest BBQ pit, measuring over 4.5 metres (15 ft) long! Mix and match your favourite BBQ dishes and dine under the starry skies, as a soothing sea breeze sweeps your cares away. With live music performances from ocal acts and a carnival-like atmosphere, Sentosa’s Siloso GrillFest kicks off your weekend with good hearty food and fun.
