Dishes include grilled beef tartar, veal sausage cordon bleu in puff pastry, Huber’s trio of duck, lamb sausage with chorizo vinaigrette, Japanese wagyu sausage with bone marrow, Mangalica pork adrio with lardo and sage, and banana in filo pastry on grilled pineapple carpaccio.
