Four Hands Dinner with S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 Winner Chef Mitch Lienhard and Tippling Club Chef-Owner Ryan Clift

@ 24 Mar 2017
As an ambassador of good taste, S.Pellegrino is proud to host S.Pellegrino Young Chef (SPYC) 2016 winner Mitch Lienhard of the United States in Singapore as part of the United Nations Gastronomic Assembly (UNGA) presented by World Gourmet Summit this year. Exclusively on Thursday, 30 March 2017, Chef Mitch will join hands with Tippling Club’s Chef-Owner and SPYC 2015 South East Asia chef-judge Ryan Clift to deliver an eight-course dining experience that showcases Chef Mitch’s contemporary approach to classic cooking and Chef Ryan’s distinctive brand of modern gastronomy.
With both chefs sharing the same vision of creating food that are personal and produce-driven, the menu is an exciting blend of the two personalities and their life experiences.
Currently the chef de cuisine of 3-Michelin-star Manresa in Los Gatos, California, Chef Mitch brings his award-winning dish that won him the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef at the Grand Finale in Milan last year. His signature Roasted Duck with Yam and Spiced Orange was inspired by his home state of Michigan and the scent of burning leaves and maple.
On the other hand, Tippling Club—having recently risen in the ranks to #27 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017—will present a stellar selection from its innovative repertoire. The Petuna Ocean Trout is a beautiful display of the delicate fish with beetroot, smoked ox tongue and horseradish cream, while the Atra Aero, reminiscent of the popular Aero chocolate bar and matched with sourdough ice cream and crispy Horlicks, is the perfect example of Chef Ryan’s playful, avant-garde executions.
The eight-course menu is available at S$260++ per person for lunch and dinner on 30 March 2017, Thursday. A wine-pairing option is available at S$365++ per person.
Reservations for the event can be made with Tippling Club through enquiries@tipplingclub.com or +65 6475 2217.
