Rougié Gourmet Delights with Ruinart featuring two-Michelin-starred Chef Jarno Eggen Dutch Chef Jarno Eggen presents an eight-course dinner featuring dishes such as cod fish with beetroot and smoked bacon, veal tongue with foie gras and garden vegetables, and  pigeon with chicory and seared foie gras, accompanied by ‘R' de Ruinart, Ruinart rosé, and Ruinart blanc de blancs on 31 March at Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental Singapore.
