Inspired by his mother to become a Chef, he started working in a Vietnamese restaurant in Nong Khai. Since then, he has been serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine regionally like Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. Chef Bunchu feels that Vietnamese cuisine is very healthy as it uses a lot of fresh and organic ingredients, making it the choice of cuisine for the health conscious. He enjoys the challenge of ensuring that all his cooking is served fresh, on time and of the highest quality.
