Mr. Leong Khai Git is the Co-Founder and General Manager of ALATI and he is supportive of suppliers that practice ethical and sustainable farming methods. Using seafood only from the Aegean sea, Mr. Leong feels that the seafood is laden with a delicious, natural fat content.
