San Pellegrino’s Young Chef’s 2018 Competition Exclusive Session with Peter Knipp

San Pellegrino offers talented young chefs around the globe to develop their skills under the mentorship of a top chef. This international culinary competition is a global scouting project to find the world’s best young chefs and to enhance fine dining culture all over the world.

Over 100 people attended the event for an insiders’ only discussion led by Peter Knipp, founder of World Gourmet Summit. They were given insights on the upcoming generation of young chefs succeeding in Singapore and more details on the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition.

The panellists for the discussion include Eric Teo (Honorary President Mentor of Singapore Chefs Association), Emmanuel Stroobant (Chef de Cuisine at Saint Pierre) and Kirk Westaway (Chef de Cuisine of JAAN).
