Indoguna presents Tajima Wagyu Workshop Indoguna organised a two-day Tajima Wagyu Beef Workshop recently, giving customers an insight to the taste of Tajima Wagyu beef. Over 20 different types of Tajima Wagyu beef cuts were showcased through the tasting menu prepared by Indoguna’s in-house chefs.
 
Tajima is the most famous of all the Wagyu bloodlines, originating from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan. They are generally smaller framed with slower growth rates. But they produce excellent meat eating quality with a large eye muscle and superior marbling.
