Inaugurated in 1997 as part of Singapore Tourism Board’s initiative to establish Singapore as a culinary destination, the World Gourmet Summit has successfully grown into a globally recognised gastronomic event organised by A La Carte Productions (a division of Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd) – World Gourmet Series. Last year held a series of masterclasses taught by culinary geniuses and amazed guests by filling their stomachs with quality food.
