Singapore Chefs Association Welcomes New Committee for 2017 The Singapore Chefs Association tossed to the end Chinese New Year, and to their new committee members! Familiar faces like Chef Edmund Toh and Chef Eric Neo still remain as President and Vice-President respectively. Chef Leons Tan will oversee the duties of being the honorary secretary, the ambasador of World Chefs Without Borders, as well as Feed the Planet Manager. Chef Heman Tan will guard the finances while Chef Kong Kok Kiang will lead the corporate services. Chef Adrian Fun is in charge of membership  and Jasper Jek will be maintaining the SCA website. Chef Louis Tay, the team manager that won the IKA Culinary Olympics in 2016 will take over from Chef Randy Chow as the competition head.  SCA’s educating task falls to Chef Eric Low and Chef Elvin Chew will take care of special projects. Chef Eric Ong will be the one planning the social activities and sports. Jenny Tan will still be manning the branding and marketing. Pastry chefs Kenny Kong and Gary Lim will resume their roles as President and Vice President of the Singapore Pastry Alliance. Chef Ong Jing Qin and Chef Andy Tan will take care of the Singapore Junior Chefs Club as President and Vice President. Here’s to another great year with the SCA!
