Singapore's Michelin-starred soya sauce chicken restaurant is making its mark overseas with Taipei as its first stop.
The new outlet is slated to open in the first half of 2017 at Hoyii North Station, and news of the opening is already generating buzz in Taiwan.
Owner Mr Chan Hon Meng told Shin Min Daily News that he is excited to share Singapore's food culture with the rest of the world, and hopes that this will encourage more young people to join the hawker profession.
