Not Japanese? No reservation then, says two Michelin-starred Jap restaurant

Chef Iskander Latiff, the winner of Channel News Asia’s “The Perfect Meal” is now in charge of the recently opened Intrepid Gastro Bar, a restaurant inspired by the diversity of cuisines found in the Australian city of Melbourne. Chef Iskander has previously worked at the Tiffin Club, Oosters Belgian Oyster Bar and Muse, showing his diverse culinary training and background. The young and talented chef’s new menu at Intrepid Gastro Bar hopes to bring a slice of the wide array of cuisines found in Melbourne to Singapore.
