Superstar chefs Ryan Clift and Julien Royer represent Singapore this February at Culinary Greats

From 18 to 23 February 2017, chefs Ryan Clift of Tippling Club and Julien Royer of Odette will join a star-studded line-up of Asia's most celebrated names in gastronomy in Culinary Greats – an exclusive guest chef series presented by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok.
The incredible series will feature eight of Asia's most celebrated names in gastronomy with the likes of Umberto Bombana, Arnaud Sauthier, Mingoo Kang, Richard Ekkebus, Luca Fantin and Dharshan Munidasa, with each chef showcasing their unique styles in a series of solo or four or six hands dinners.
