Valentine’s Day Dinner at Akira Back
Award-winning celebrity restaurant Akira Back has their creative caps on to whip up a modern Japanese 6-course dinner menu. It starts off with the signature Tuna and Mushroom Pizza – delicate, crispy crust with ponzu mayo, topped with tuna and mushroom, truffle oil and garnished with micro shiso. Other dishes include Chilled Corn Soup with blackened scallop, avocado crème fraiche and togarashi popcorn, Seared Foie Gras with corn croquette and spiced litchi honey, and Negi Toro Senbei. The six-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu is priced at $284++ per couple with limited seating.
